Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Presentation and Subject

The services of fabio cavusoglu consist of specialized consulting in strategic planning and personal brand audit, as well as executive mentoring programs focused on professional ethics, reputation management, and image building in the international business environment. The services are intended exclusively for leaders and professionals in the financial and banking sector.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of the Provider (fabio cavusoglu):

• To provide consulting and mentoring services according to established programs and professional standards.
• To maintain the confidentiality of information received from the Client.
• To provide support and clarifications within the limits of the contracted services.

Obligations of the Client:

• To provide complete and truthful information necessary for the provision of services.
• To respect scheduled appointments and established deadlines.
• To pay service fees according to issued invoices and payment terms.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. fabio cavusoglu does not assume responsibility for business decisions or financial results obtained by the Client following the application of recommendations. Total liability is limited to the value of services paid by the Client for the specific session or program in question. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or prestige losses.

4. Payment Terms and Policies

Payment for services is made in advance or according to the payment plan established in the contract. All fees are expressed in EUR and are net of taxes (VAT applies according to current legislation). Refunds are possible only in accordance with the written cancellation policy, communicated before the start of services. No refunds are granted for services already rendered or for sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration by written notice. In case of a serious breach of these terms (e.g., non-payment, unethical conduct), fabio cavusoglu reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate access to services, without a refund for the remaining period.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on this page, indicating the revision date. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
